Energy
The production of renewable energy and the reduction of energy consumption is a goal of all countries of the world.
In Europe it has been reached in the European Council agreement on the Climate and Energy Package 20-20-20 (Directive 2009/28/EC ) . The agreement provides members of the countries of the European Union, by 2020, a 20% reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, increase energy efficiency by 20 % and achieving 20% share of renewable alternative energy
With regard to the actions of rational use of energy , for UMWELT constitute a major opportunity for the qualification of territorial and environmental.
In this perspective the UMWELT has developed a project called "3R" Save energy - Reduce costs - Environmentally addressed to citizens, businesses and municipal administrations. In particular, the Project for Public Entities 3R is designed with the aim to facilitate the application of standards and guidelines in the field of energy, while giving the opportunity to set up, on a local scale , its own energy policy and to achieve savings targets in line with national and European addresses.

- UMWELT SRL has developed expertise in the design of systems based on renewable energy sources and energy audits of existing plants and buildings .

UMWELT stands beside administrative institutions regarding matters of energy management at the municipal level, providing the services and resources needed:
- energy plans / PAES
- identifying interventions of rational use of energy;
- annual service on the proper energy accounting and control of contracts, supply contracts and tariffs;
- support the training of personnel administration and organization of public meetings, conferences, days dedicated, etc.;
- activation and operation of one-stop energy for citizens;
- ENERGY AUDIT for buildings such as schools, civic centers, town halls, etc..
