PROJECT 3R
The actions to increase rational use of energy constitute an important opportunity for local qualifying territorial and environmental policy . Besides the interesting potential related to energy conservation, it can predict investment with return times convenient to the municipalities.
In this perspective UMWELT has developed a project called " 3R " Save energy - Reduce costs. It is environmentally addressed to citizens, businesses and municipal administrations. In particular, the Project for Public Entities 3R is designed with the aim to facilitate the application of standards and guidelines in the field of energy, while giving the opportunity to set up, on a local scale, its own energy policy and to achieve savings targets in line with national and European addresses.
The UMWELT alongside the government in energy management at the municipal level, providing the services and resources needed:

- identifying interventions of rational use of energy;
- annual service on the proper energy accounting and control of contracts, supply contracts and tariffs;
- support the training of personnel administration and organization of public meetings, conferences, days dedicated, etc. ;
- activation and operation of one-stop energy for citizens;
- ENERGY AUDIT run of buildings such as schools, civic centers, town halls, etc. .
